Calming Yourself during a Panic / Anxiety Attack

This is my personal recording for myself for when I have dealt with a panic or anxiety attack and needed help calming down. This quick and easy breathing exercise has really helped me calm myself when I've experienced an attack while being alone. I hope it can help you too.
