My name is Crystal Lee, and I am a spiritual healer and mindset coach.
In 2020, I wanted to end my life.
Today, I help BIPOC BADDIES from across the world break free of their self-sabotaging patterns and limits and free themselves from their limiting beliefs, manifesting the life they’ve always dreamed of.
I free them from cycles of generational trauma and help them move forward into creating generational wealth, health, mental-wellbeing, and freedom, becoming THE ancestor who will define generations to come.
I help them tap in and align with their soul and higher self, to achieve and fulfill their soul life missions.
I remind them that they've never needed another person's permission to be themselves - they've always had autonomy and freewill; and they just needed a reminder and gentle push into finding the courage and strength to embody all of them.
And I am here now to show them what being #hotandhealed can look like if they decided to bet on themselves and their capabilities.
I am grateful for the lives I have impacted through my journey, my healing, and me.
