Hmong Women + Femme Cosmic Healing Circle

Hmong sisters - we are often the silent pillars of strength in our families, carrying traditions, responsibilities, and the hopes of our loved ones.

But who carries us when the weight of it all becomes too much? It’s time to release what no longer serves us, heal from within, and reconnect with the deeper forces guiding our lives.

The Hmong Women + Femme Cosmic Healing Circle is a sacred space where we will come together to release emotional, physical, and spiritual burdens. Through the wisdom of the Universe and the Creator, we’ll be guided to align with our highest selves and heal from the inside out.

In this healing circle, we will be exploring: how our cultural and personal experiences shape our sense of self and identity.

Who is this for?

• Folks who identify as a Hmong woman or femme, preferably over the age of 18. Due to the nature of conversations that may be shared, we do not recommend anyone younger than 18.
